Director Of Financial Planning & Analysis (Fpa) The director of financial planning & analysis (fpa) will serve as a key strategic partner, providing commercial, operational, and analytical insights to drive performance across a designated business segment. Reporting directly to the vp of finance, this leader will play an integral role in shaping financial strategy, delivering decision-support analysis, and enabling executive decision-making. Key responsibilities include: Developing and executing the financial planning and analysis strategy for the business segment. Providing comprehensive financial analysis and insights to support strategic business decisions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable financial plans. Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports. Leading the development of financial models and forecasting tools. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the financial planning and analysis function. Qualifications: Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Proven experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in a leadership role. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
