A highly respected and growing CPA firm is looking to add a  Tax Director  to their team. This stable and client-focused firm delivers deep expertise in tax compliance and consulting across a variety of industries. Due to continued growth, there is an opportunity for a Tax Director to lead and mentor a team of motivated professionals in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. Tax Director Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee a team of high-performing tax professionals Provide tax compliance and consulting services to a diverse client base Maintain and grow client relationships through regular meetings and strategic advising Stay informed on current tax regulations and ensure compliance standards are met Contribute to business development and firm visibility within the market
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field Active CPA license 8+ years of progressive experience in public accounting Proven leadership and client relationship management skills Strong technical knowledge of tax laws and regulations
