We are looking for an experienced Director to join our team in Cambridge, Massachusetts, on a Contract to permanent basis. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to lead the development and oversight of IT, infrastructure, networking, cloud trainings, and cybersecurity curricula. As part of a growing organization with ambitious goals, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to expand outreach, enhance training capabilities, and improve learner outcomes.

Responsibilities: • Lead the design, development, and management of IT and cybersecurity training programs, products, and curricula. • Collaborate with content developers to ensure effective knowledge and skill transfer. • Oversee the creation of new certifications and training materials tailored to industry demands. • Manage partnerships with technology vendors to convert them into authorized training providers. • Attend sales meetings to support client acquisition and build relationships with stakeholders. • Work with development and DevOps teams to implement and integrate course changes. • Ensure training facilities meet technical standards by upgrading physical IT infrastructure as needed. • Utilize project management tools like Asana and Smartsheet to coordinate initiatives and track progress. • Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance course offerings. • Drive collaboration across teams, including sales, marketing, software development, and cloud infrastructure. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, infrastructure, cloud technologies, or cybersecurity. • Proven ability to develop and deliver training programs and curricula. • Hands-on expertise with platforms such as Microsoft Azure, VMware, and AWS. • Strong understanding of cybersecurity compliance, policies, and standards. • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, and Salesforce. • Familiarity with end-user IT support and enterprise resource planning systems. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and external clients. • Background in B2B technology or digital sales is a plus.
