Chick-fil-A Brandywine in Brandywine, MD is looking for a passionate and experienced Director to lead a seasoned and motivated team.
The ideal candidate will develop team members and leaders to meet the goals of the business. That person will also have:

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Handle Day-to-Day needs of Operations Drive Thru Reporting Drives continuous improvement within our culture and systems Oversees inventory management and month end processes Engages team members in conversations relating to personal and professional growth 35 hours a week spent in operations 10 hours a week out of operations Available Saturdays
