Offer Based on Years of Experience What You Need to Know Team Physician - Associate Medical Director Responsibilities Partner with the interdisciplinary care team and lead in Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) meetings to ensure comprehensive care plans, anticipate patient needs, and meet regulatory requirements. Participate in in-person and virtual patient visits as appropriate, with documentation to ensure access to benefits. Join a Call Coverage Rotation to address unanticipated needs and serve newly admitted patients. Lead learning initiatives with the interdisciplinary team and community around end-of-life issues, exemplifying what it means to be part of a care team. Willing to serve the counties of West Howard, North Prince George, and Montgomery. Qualifications Team Physician Qualifications: Maintain an active license and DEA in the state where care is provided.
