Strategic: Develop and execute strategies to boost restaurant capacity and overall performance, aligning operational goals with marketing initiatives. Conduct one-on-one meetings with team leaders and staff to provide constructive feedback, coaching, and professional development. Partner with the restaurant General Manager/Operator to align personal and departmental goals with broader company objectives. Empower back-of-house and front-of-house leadership teams to foster effective communication, keeping all team members informed and engaged with goals and directives.
