About The Role
Leverage your experience in consulting and technology to become a leader in FTI’s Workiva Advisory Solutions team. You will lead the design and implementation of solutions to modernize and simplify the complex work of clients' financial reporting, ESG reporting, and risk management activities using Workiva. Most importantly – you will be helping to build our team, taking advantage of the enormous potential to deliver Workiva solutions to clients across FTI’s global consulting platform.
What You’ll Do
Lead Projects Lead the delivery of Workiva implementation projects focused on financial reporting (SEC, A&I, Management Reporting, Global Statutory Reporting, Insurance Statutory Reporting, Fund Reporting)
Opportunities to lead Sustainability, Carbon, and GRC projects are also available
Perform detailed discovery sessions to understand business needs and requirements
Create solution designs that achieve client outcomes within the Workiva platform
Directly interface with clients to deliver solutions
Develop New Business Participate in sales activities such as demos, scoping sessions, and proposals
Participate in marketing events such as webinars, conferences, and industry networking events
Represent FTI and grow our profile with Workiva sellers and sales leaders
Build a Team Identify staffing needs to support growth, and assist with training and development

What You Will Need To Succeed
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Accounting, IT/MIS, or another relevant discipline
Minimum 5+ years’ post-graduate work experience including: 2+ years of experience with Workiva’s Wdesk platform. WData experience is also required
3+ years of experience in service delivery role focused on finance, accounting, audit, or a related field
Advanced Workiva Experience and Certifications in Financial Reporting domains
Ability to travel to clients and FTI office(s) as needed
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; the employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas
Preferred Qualifications
Certified Public Accountant (CPA designation)
Advanced Workiva Experience and Certifications in WData, ESG and/or GRC domains
Understanding of systems integrations technologies (e.g. API, SFTP, etc.)
Proficiency with SQL, database design and queries. JSON, REST, or Python is also a plus
Experience managing multiple concurrent work streams with competing near-term priorities
Experience identifying and articulating the obstacles between a current practice, best practice, and how automation can drive next practice
Experience executing and leading project teams
Experience participating in business development activities
