KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Workday Adaptive for our Consulting practice. Responsibilities : Lead Adaptive Insights EPM / Planning projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) optimization related to Information Technology (IT) operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for the Adaptive Insights applications. Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities; collaborate with other KPMG resources from different service lines/industries. Lead the day-to-day activities of ERP Advisory engagements for various clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews. Supervise and performance manage staff working on assigned engagements. Manage engagements according to KPMG's financial/cost management policies. Qualifications : Minimum of eight full lifecycle implementation projects related to Adaptive Insights and EPM, with experience as an Adaptive Insights Lead consultant. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. Experience leading large-scale implementations with Adaptive Insights and certification in Workday Adaptive Insights or Planning (candidates without current certification must obtain one within three months of employment). Prior experience supporting sales, design, and process alignment. Detailed understanding of ERP and EPM systems and general functionality. Knowledge of Adaptive Insights processes and best practices. Ability to travel up to seventy percent. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
