The Role
Veeva is looking for a dynamic executive to join the Commercial Strategy team, bringing entrepreneurial energy, passion for client engagement, and deep knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial engagement to support our customers in their goal for commercial excellence.
In this role, you will help shape the value proposition of Vault CRM Suite. You will work closely with account partners to strategize on individual customer accounts and act as a subject matter expert in senior customer conversations. You will partner with marketing teams to communicate messaging internally and externally. You will also work with the Veeva services teams and external partners to ensure products are implemented with customer success.
This is an important role for the success of the Vault CRM Suite and you will be expected to have a significant contribution to the success of the Vault CRM Suite set of products. What You'll Do
Shape the value proposition of Vault CRM Suite, building around the core foundation of Multichannel CRM and extending to the full suite of applications (i.e. Campaign Manager, Service Center, Events Management)
Create Vault CRM Suite go-to-market messaging and teach that messaging to account partners in a way that enables them to confidently convey the message to their customers
Act as a SME in senior level customer conversations and play an executive sponsor at strategic accounts
Work with our marketing teams to ensure relevant marketing messaging and product positioning
Own a specific segment of customers (may be either enterprise biopharma or emerging biotech) and drive customer success with Vault CRM Suite for that segment
Provide input to the product team in support of new features and capabilities, including new areas of product growth, based on a deep understanding of business challenges and market dynamics.
Be hands-on and in the details while owning the market for your segment of customers
Requirements
5+ years of work experience in Life Sciences, either in industry, technology or consulting
5+ years experience developing or implementing CRM technology
Demonstrated ability to engage at senior levels of client organizations
Proven ability to quickly build credibility and develop trusted relationships
Excellent critical thinking, analysis, and presentation skills
Ability to travel for customer meetings and internal events across the US and Europe as needed

Compensation
Base pay: $125,000 - $300,000
The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
