We are looking for a Director to lead all of Chase Center’s sustainability transportation efforts including transit use and parking operations. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for all Transportation Demand Management (TDM) efforts while operating the on-site parking garage and partnering with area parking garage owners, operators, and aggregators to find opportunities for additional parking opportunities. Additionally, you will work to increase the use of sustainable transportation methods for Chase Center as a transit-first venue while maximizing revenue and delivering a world class experience for all who come to our arena. This position reports to the Vice President, Front of House. About The Position

This is full-time role based onsite in San Francisco, CA.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of strategies to ensure a world class parking and transportation experience for employees and guests while maximizing revenue, supporting the community, and reducing our environmental impact Improve overall garage utilization and revenue generation including the implementation of a public parking plan Grow the use of sustainable transportation methods by developing and implementing TDM programs; ensure strategies meet program objectives Lead a team to ensure the safe and efficient day-to-day operation of the on-site garage including event, non-event, retail and office tower parking operations Oversee department budgets, managing both revenue and expenses (including capital projects) and collaborate with multiple departments, office tenants and retailers, as necessary Establish, align and drive relevant metrics (e.g., revenue goals, NPS scores, ingress/egress timing and public transportation ridership); participate in cross-functional revenue maximization and NPS initiatives, among others Collaborate with local agencies, consultants, and transit groups to exchange transit information, as part of a transportation strategy Stays up to date with new trends, innovations, laws, and regulations as they relate to the field of transportation in the State of California and the local region within the Bay Area Lead efforts to identify, negotiate and coordinate usage of nearby parking resources and other parking lots and garages through owners, tenants, parking operators and aggregators Oversee the management of third-party service providers, including managing labor relations, to ensure stellar customer experience and expense management; identify and apply operating strategies to reduce friction points Promote industry best practices, including tech-based solutions, to create an ongoing dialog with industry leaders to expand, promote and strengthen our overall parking and transportation efforts Other duties as assigned
Required Experience & Skills
Bachelor's degree, ideally in Business Administration, or equivalent work experience 7+ years in parking and transportation industry; 1-2 years of people management experience Experience working with security, event services, production, operations and finance departments preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other parking-related devices and software, preferably in an urban market Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills Impeccable attention to detail, including clarity and brevity when producing and analyzing reports Ability to build positive working relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels within the organization
Time Commitment
Ability to work extended hours including nights, weekends, on-call status, and holidays as necessary
Physical Demands
Ability to sit for extended periods Ability to walk long distances Ability to push/pull/carry/lift up to 50 lbs.
Compensation
