The Director Tenant Services position is a key member of the IDS Tenant Services Team. This role involves close, day-to-day collaboration with internal colleagues, Regional and Local Brokers, and the Client. The position requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional with strong communication and organizational skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Site Submittals Track, finalize, and package site submissions for official delivery to the Client and relevant brokers. Commission Management Create deal files and track commission invoices, payments, and outstanding balances. Coordinate with Accounting Department to manage Accounts Receivable, Aging & Variance reports, and Projected Income Reports. Local Broker Administration Collaborate with Regional Brokers to identify, onboard, as well as terminate Local Brokers as necessary. Maintain records of Protected Deals, past and present Local Brokers, and all associated documentation. Track Local Broker territories and work with Analytics Team to update as needed. Maintain complete and organized documentation, including: o Interview records o Executed Local Broker Consulting Agreements & Exhibits o Termination letters o Protected Deals lists o Other reports, as requested Regional Broker & Client Support Partner with other Tenant Services team members and Regional Brokers to address client requests, manage broker/territory changes, and support ad hoc needs. Additional Duties Use and maintain data in the proprietary pipeline tracking platform. Organize and review documentation for target markets. Respond to requests for rent comps and rental range data. Assist in annual ICSC Las Vegas convention planning. Support special projects and reporting initiatives as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Ideal Candidate Attributes Exceptional written communication skills across emails, reports, and formal documents. Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to navigate both diplomatic and direct conversations. Proficient in Excel and managing large spreadsheets of data and information. Highly collaborative team player focused on delivering client service excellence. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Background 4-year college degree preferred. Experience as a Paralegal, Transaction Coordinator, or Production Office Coordinator. Familiarity with real estate, legal documentation, or transaction workflows is highly valued.
