• Develop and implement the overall technology strategy and architecture roadmap for Agentic AI sollution.
• Lead architecture design sessions to define and document technical standards and guidelines.
• Evaluate emerging technologies in Agentic AI space and provide recommendations to improve existing systems and processes.
• Manage and mentor the technology team, fostering professional growth and skill development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and security regulations in all technology initiatives.
• Oversee technology projects from conception through implementation and support.
• Maintain an understanding of industry trends and best practices to keep the organization competitive.
  
  

• Strong knowledge of software architecture, cloud computing, system integration, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar, as well as strong hands-on experience on AWS bedrock eco-system.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. AWS is a must.
• Expertise in database technologies, both SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools such as CI/CD, containerization, and microservices architecture. Experience in automated build deployment through CDK typescript will be an added advantage.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to technology challenges.
  
  

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in technology and architecture roles, with a track record of leadership.
• Experience in managing large-scale technology projects and initiatives.
  
  

• The Director of Technology & Architecture will lead the Agentic AI technology strategy and direction for the organization.
• This role involves overseeing architectural design and ensuring alignment with business & cusotmer goals.
• You will be responsible for driving innovation and leveraging emerging technologies to enhance product offerings.
  
  

• You will collaborate with a dynamic team of engineers, architects, and customer stakeholders.
• The team fosters a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging creative problem-solving.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
  
  

• Developing and implementing technology strategies that support business growth and transformation.
• Ensuring the architecture and technical frameworks meet current and future business needs.
• Leading the team in evaluating and integrating new technologies and methodologies.
  
  

• Extensive experience in technology leadership and architectural design, preferably in a large-scale environment.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles, cloud computing, and infrastructure management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through successful projects and fostering collaboration.
