THE ROLE
We are looking for a Director, Technical Services to help us set a new standard in enterprise technical support. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of global service delivery for our top strategic enterprise accounts, leading a growing team of managers and technical leaders. This role requires a bold leader with a vision for legendary service and a drive to do things better than anyone else.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Set and drive the strategic direction for global service delivery for our top strategic enterprise accounts, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Lead and develop a team of managers and technical leaders, fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration to provide timely, quality service to all customers. Serve as an escalation contact and engage directly with executive management at our top customers to address their needs and drive continuous improvement. Manage the P&L for Technical Services , driving operational best practices and efficiency while coordinating with operations to monitor and contain department budgets. Develop and deliver consistent policies and procedures to assure that our service delivery goals and customer success are achieved. WHAT YOU BRING Leadership Expertise: At least 15 years of experience managing high-performance technical teams, with the ability to influence teams and divisions to achieve company support goals. Strategic Acumen: Expert decision-making ability on business and service priorities, with experience managing global strategic enterprise support organizations. Exceptional Communication: Outstanding customer and written communication skills with the ability to resolve disputes effectively and partner with cross-functional teams on projects. We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Lehi, Utah or Raleigh, North Carolina office in compliance with Pure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved. #LI-ONSITE
Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is:
$130,000-$207,000 USD
