Hybrid: 2 days in office (downtown Tampa)
Base Salary 90k - 110k
The MSPs Services include : Managed IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity Client profile : Enterprise & SMBs
Primary role & responsibilities
Direct and Lead a team of 4 managers (L3, Security, Service Desk, Project Management)
Client Communication, Relationship Management and Support
Service Delivery Oversight
Process & Policy Development
Report to the CTO
Additional responsibilities include involvement with
IT Asset Management
Security Services
Quality Assurance
Strategic Planning & Reporting
Experience & Skills
6+ years Professional Services, MSP or similar
Firm understanding of change management
2+ years People leadership
7+ years with IT Operations, Infrastructure, IT Asset Mgt, ITIL
Proven experience supporting external customers
Exceptional Communicator (interpersonal, verbal, written)
