Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Director, Talent Experience to lead and shape how candidates and our people experience our company. This role will drive our employer brand, elevate the employee journey and champion inclusion. The ideal candidate will be a forward‑thinking people leader who thrives at the intersection of culture, talent, and brand.

Key Responsibilities

Employer Branding

  • Develop and execute a compelling global employer brand strategy that reflects our values and culture.
  • Partner with Communications, Talent Acquisition, and Marketing to amplify our reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of branding initiatives (candidate pipeline quality, engagement, reach, etc.).

People Experience

  • Design and oversee initiatives that enhance the employee lifecycle (onboarding, development, engagement, ERG relations).
  • Lead programs to improve employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
  • Build scalable frameworks for continuous feedback and experience improvement.

Inclusion & Belonging

  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with ERGs, leadership, and HR partners to drive inclusive practices and policies.
  • Provide thought leadership and metrics to track progress and accountability in DEI.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of progressive HR, talent, communications experience with at least 5 years of cross‑functional managerial experience.
  • Proven track record in employer branding, program design and stakeholder relationship strategy.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and influencing skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution ability.
