Job Summary and Qualifications The Director of Supply Chain Procure-to-Pay oversees procurement, accounts payable, and customer service operations working with HealthTrust and CSCs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate procurement and payment activities.
Define and measure performance metrics for supply chain initiatives.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures.
Support existing operations and drive process standardization.
Design staffing models and analyze budgets.
Create training materials and document lessons learned.
Optimize purchasing and customer service processes.
Conduct operational assessments.
Adhere to the organization’s code of conduct and values.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting or related field.
7-10 years of experience in supply chain financial operations, including procurement and payment processing.
