We're hiring someone who's been at the sharp end of change inside manufacturing. Someone who's worked with outsourced factories, delivered Lean Six Sigma impact, and knows how to get suppliers performing at their best. If you've led factory turnarounds, embedded quality into the DNA of operations, and built trust with tough supplier networks, you're who we're looking for. This is a role for someone who can see the whole playing field from boots-on-the-ground problem solving to boardroom-level strategy.
What you'll be doing:
Leading a global team of 25+ across supplier quality and engineering
Owning supplier performance from onboarding to long-term capability development
Building supplier capability, tackling variation, and supporting high-volume production
Using DFMEA, PFMEA, MSA and Lean Six Sigma to spot and solve problems before they become problems
Developing scalable frameworks that help us move faster, standardize globally, and digitize our approach to supplier quality
Driving alignment with executive leadership while partnering closely with NPI, product, and operations teams
Playing a lead role in new product launches and making sure suppliers can keep up
Working side by side with execs across engineering, ops, and the C-suite
Being a key voice in how we shape our future supply chain strategy, not just execute it
Who we think this fits best:
You've worked in outsourced manufacturing with complex products like electronics, med devices, or industrial tech
You've led global teams and managed high-stakes supplier relationships
Youve delivered change in environments with high regulatory, quality, or throughput pressure
Youre a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt with a record of getting results
You understand how to influence senior leadership, drive action cross-functionally, and get buy-in from suppliers
You're confident leading in complex, regulated environments
What's in it for you:
A chance to shape how a global supply base performs and evolves
High-level exposure and the opportunity to make a visible impact
A platform to modernize systems, introduce digital tools, and raise the bar across global operations
Remote setup with a strong compensation package including base salary up to $220K, 20% bonus, equity, and benefits
Frequent international travel to supplier sites, especially across Asia in the first year
If you're ready for a role that gives you real ownership, global reach, and the platform to make change stick, wed love to connect!
