See more of what we do here. Granicus is seeking a "roll up your sleeves" Director of Strategic Programs with applied financial and strategic operations experience. The successful candidate will perform functions ranging from leading change initiatives to preparing materials for the board of directors and participating in acquisitions and integrations. This role offers hands-on, cross-functional experience leading a software company through frequent executive team and board interactions, with significant career growth potential, including the opportunity to evolve into a key member of an executive team within the Vista Equity Partners' portfolio. What You'll Do : Lead cross-functional, high-impact projects and provide analytical support as directed by the VP of Corporate Strategy & Development and CEO. Coordinate among functional executives on cross-company projects and potential acquisitions. Lead financial modeling for new acquisitions, managing due diligence and creating deal models in coordination with FP&A and the CFO. Serve as a consultant and owner on strategic initiatives, providing project management support and executive visibility. Manage and ensure the successful implementation of initiatives that promote revenue growth and improve profitability and efficiency. Act as the portfolio company point of contact for interactions with Vista Equity Partners and Vista Consulting Group, including support and reporting on strategic initiatives. Provide Chief of Staff support to the executive leadership team as needed. You'll love this job if you have : 5+ years of relevant work experience and an MBA. At least 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar roles with strong financial modeling skills. Preferred experience in SaaS and management consulting (3+ years). Proven ability to implement business processes, systems, and reporting. Experience managing teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Understanding of basic accounting and finance principles. Strong analytical, quantitative skills, and attention to detail. Success in high-pressure, dynamic environments. Ability to drive change in a matrixed organization. Executive presence, relationship-building skills, and sound decision-making. Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel). Willingness to travel. Don't meet all the requirements?
