From CI/CD pipelines and developer experience to AI governance and observability , you will define how our engineers build, test, and ship the technologies that power global enterprises. What You'll Do Lead the design and evolution of our AI platform, driving innovation while ensuring security and reliability. What You Will Bring to Coupa A proven leader with 10+ years of engineering experience and 2+ years in senior platform leadership . Strong technical foundation in Java, Python, Ruby (ML/AI frameworks a plus). Hands-on expertise in CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and observability tools . Experience building and governing AI/ML platforms with a focus on responsible AI practices . A leader who thrives in fast-moving environments , motivates teams, and embraces change. The estimated pay range for this role is $222,000 - $288,000 .
