Reports to: Executive Corporate Controller
Position Overview Trulieve is looking to fill the SAP Finance Director, a key role within the Finance team. The position will support various aspects of SAP S4Hana implementation and enhancements for Accounting and Financial Planning and Analysis teams. This leader will be the primary finance champion of SAP related initiatives and work closely with IT department. Should possess ability to quickly troubleshoot and problem-solve issues in tight windows as well as work collaboratively with several departments within and outside of Finance and IT. This role will report into the Corporate Controller.
Responsibilities Provide guidance to Finance Leadership, in collaboration with IT FICO experts on building out SAP ERP technology solutions that transform Finance functions
Provide oversight of accounting master data
Lead Accounting and FP&A staff training and related initiatives
Contribute to large-scale work streams requiring specific knowledge of SAP within the FICO function
Guide the testing cycles as well as perform cutover activities for go-live preparation
Well versed in end-to-end business process (P2P, O2C, Financial (Assets, AR, AP, Financial Master data, Cash), Controlling, Consolidations. Financial reporting tool integration a plus)
Guide performance testing & training activities, rolling out a successful module to the user community
Compile process flow maps, perform process gap analysis and support SOP development
Design, lead and maintain project plans in successful implementation and technological enhancements
Position Requirements Minimum of 4 years experience in SAP FICO modules / S4HANA projects
Ideal candidate has previous accounting background and has spent several years in audit or accounting roles
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or equivalent
CPA or CMA certification preferred, but not required
6+ years’ experience with Customization and configuration of systems, experience in leading / handling implementations and end-to-end delivery responsibilities
6+ years’ experience testing and troubleshooting finance functions
Superb communication and project management skills
Ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quickly
Innovative mindset for continuous improvement
Travel may be required on occasion for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0% to 25% depending on business needs
