Lead the Salesforce team at Davis-Standard, where, reporting to the CIO, you will design platform architecture solutions; manage the development lifecycle; articulate design considerations, trade-offs, benefits, and recommendations for platform architecture across Manufacturing Sales and Service Cloud, Mulesoft and Tableau required, Data Cloud, B2B Commerce, CPQ and Experience Cloud a plus.

You excel at executing the hands-on implementation of proposed solutions and providing technical guidance to teams during the solutions' development and deployment phases. This role is a strategic leader who on a day to day basis will: Create, implement, and manage a large, multi-tenant Salesforce environment
Lead a team of Salesforce software developers and admins
Contribute to all technical aspects of projects, integrations, and solutions developed on the Salesforce platform
Work cross-functionally to maintain and improve upon Salesforce integrations & data integrity with different teams and systems to support overall business and data governance processes
Provide day-to-day Salesforce platform support; lead troubleshooting of production issues related to applications including but not limited to Salesforce, micro-services, and infrastructure/DevOps
Develop and maintain reporting and dashboard functions
Work cross-functionally to review processes and identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation
Recommend systems solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development and purchase alternatives
Coordinate the rollout of enhancements to the production environment
Participate in architectural and design discussions with strategic business partners to ensure technical success with Salesforce technologies
Enforce agile development practices and ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions
Recommend and document leading practices
Participate in developing, and executing against, the strategic technology vision for the company as a member of the senior IT leadership team. Basic qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solution/Technical Architect in Salesforce
Salesforce development experience, with multiple implementations with complex back-office scenarios Top candidates will also have: Excellent leadership skills with strong communications skills that direct technical resources and inspire confidence in business leaders and process owners
Strong background in Cloud Computing solutions – cloud computing strategy, systems design, implementation, and management
Experience converting accounts, opportunities, and assets from acquisitions into organization
Exposure to CPQ and e-commerce solutions
Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies
Demonstrated knowledge of XML, SQL, HTTP/HTTPS, and EAI processes
Programming Languages – APEX, Visual Force, Familiarity with ANT and Eclipse tools for working with the IDE
Ability to achieve and maintain Salesforce Platform Developer I&II, Admin, Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Technical Architect (Preferably)

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
