Role Overview:
Could you be our next Director, Sales Innovation and Technology?Globe Life is looking for a Director, Sales Innovation and Technology to join the team!
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects field-facing technology related to the day-to-day growth of the company. Duties include but are not limited to designing, executing, and tracking all technology-related projects that involved the sales field force.
This is a hybrid position located in McKinney, Texas (WFH Monday & Friday, In Office Tuesday-Thursday)
What You Will Do:
- Lead the technology innovation team to execute key strategic initiatives.
- Serve as the primary liaison for the field force on technology issues.
- Serve as the primary liaison for key home office departmental partners.
- Oversee all technological platforms to ensure company growth.
- Develop, oversee, and communicate key initiatives to the VP of Sales Operations.
- Provide ongoing leadership development for direct report to aid career growth and skill development.
- Work with senior leadership to enhance their market's results.
- Assist with piloting and rollout of new technologies company-wide.
What You Can Bring:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred.
- 5+ years of insurance industry experience.
- Understanding of our company's core drivers of growth: recruiting, training, and leadership development.
- Ability to clearly communicate data into actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and on tight deadlines.
- Ability to make adjustments and think independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Work, Outlook) and Salesforce.
- Strong public speaking skills.
