The Director, Sales Effectiveness for the Aspen Consult Technique (ACT) offices, you will serve as a key driver of growth and operational excellence across your territory. This role goes beyond coaching—it's about driving sales performance, shaping territory-level strategy, developing a sales culture and enabling high-impact consult execution across high-performing clinical and operational teams.
You’ll partner closely with field and practice support leaders to translate business goals into actionable performance plans, with a focus on increasing treatment plan acceptance, revenue per consult, and patient satisfaction. You'll support onboarding and training new hires, deliver ongoing coaching and development, and lead performance interventions for underperforming locations. Your leadership will shape the consult experience, accelerate team capability, and directly influence top-line growth across Aspen’s core service lines.
Essential Responsibilities:
Own Sales Performance
Lead the execution of the Aspen Consult Technique across your territory, with a focus on increasing treatment plan acceptance, revenue per consult, and overall patient conversion.
Develop High-Performing Teams
Hire, coach and develop Sales Coaches and operations team members to strengthen consult capabilities, sales acumen, and develop a sales culture.
Support Training & Onboarding
Support new hire training and consult onboarding; ensure consistent understanding and adoption of Aspen’s consult methodology and patient communication standards.
Analyze and Act on Performance Data
Use KPIs, consult conversion trends, and financial performance metrics to identify gaps and opportunities. Deploy targeted coaching and interventions where needed.
Model Best-in-Class Consults
Demonstrate consult best practices live through situation based role playing and recorded reviews to raise the standard for patient engagement and case presentation.
Drive Strategic Alignment
Partner cross-functional to align coaching strategy with territory goals, field priorities, and business outcomes.
Build a Culture of Accountability and Growth
Foster a high-performance environment by instilling ownership, consistency, and a growth mindset across the field teams you support.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
15+ years of experience in sales, field training, or operational leadership, ideally in healthcare, dental, or consumer services.
Proven success driving territory-level or multi-unit sales performance.
Strong coaching and performance management skills with the ability to influence without authority.
Demonstrated ability to teach and scale sales processes across diverse teams.
Experience delivering live and virtual training to both clinical and operational audiences.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
Base Pay Range: $85,000-115,000with monthly bonus potential (Actual pay may vary based on experience, performance, and qualifications.)
