Primary oversite of the facility-wide Patient Safety Program. Leadership role will direct others within the facility towards process improvement. Graduate of a School of Nursing program. Bachelor's Degree required. Must have at least seven (7) years experience in Nursing with at least three (3) years as a Director/Manager. Prefer previous Director level experience. Current license as an RN in New Mexico or compact license required. Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) within one (1) year of hire date.
