Director, Revenue & Finance Recognition

Our client is seeking a strategic finance leader to oversee revenue recognition, forecasting, and accounts receivable in alignment with GAAP and healthcare regulations. This role works cross-functionally across Finance, Legal, Operations, and Revenue Cycle teams to drive accuracy, automation, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Lead revenue recognition and forecasting processes, ensuring compliance with healthcare accounting standards Improve billing, collections, and AR strategy to optimize cash flow Streamline month-end close and enhance audit readiness Drive transparency through automation, reporting improvements, and internal controls Partner across departments to improve execution, contract accuracy, and scalability
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required 10+ years in revenue accounting, with 4+ years in a leadership role Healthcare industry experience required Strong skills in AR strategy, modeling, and contract evaluation Experience managing audits and technical accounting documentation Proven success in scaling revenue recognition processes and controls
Compensation: $145,000 - $155,000 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
