How you will make a difference: As the Director of Revenue Accounting, youll have a tremendously impactful role of being responsible over revenue recognition and cash conversion processes for the Company. In addition, you’ll be tasked with the critical role in refining processes to support a high-growth company that is expanding internationally and preparing for public company readiness. Reporting to the VP Controller, you will be tasked with leading various initiatives to help build scalable practices and adopt new systems. You’ll get to: • Mentor and build a world-class revenue accounting and operations team. • Lead all aspects of revenue accounting and close processes, structure enterprise deals, oversee revenue M&A activities, and manage disclosure and reporting. • Lead the end-to-end Order to cash process including Deal Desk review, Order booking, invoicing through cash collection and all the related accounting, reconciliations and reviews. • Serve as the subject matter expert on revenue recognition rules and key stakeholder to help shape how products are sold, order form format, and deal structure. • Optimize scalable revenue and billing systems (NetSuite ARM, SuiteBilling, Celigo) in conjunction with quoting and sales order tools. • Take initiative to lead other areas within the Controllership. • Lead process and policy improvement initiatives across the Controllership. • Develop strong cross-functional relationships. • Be a Strategic thought partner to the Controller and across the Finance organization. We are looking for people who have: • Proven Accounting Experience: 12+ years of progressive accounting and reporting experience, with public accounting and SaaS industry experience strongly preferred. CPA required. • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP with emphasis on ASC606, SEC reporting standards, M&A and technical accounting for complex transactions.  Familiarity with quote to cash system optimization/implementation (Salesforce CPQ, Netsuite ARM, Suitebilling). • Operational Leadership: Skilled in managing full-cycle accounting operations with attention to detail, timeliness, and accuracy.  M&A integration experience preferred. • Collaborative Partnership skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. • A Builder mindset: Thrives in high-growth environments, balancing hands-on execution with process design and scalability. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations. Please note that the range listed above reflects only base salary. The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial. In addition, we offer perks such as generous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development, among others.
