Position Summary:
The Post Merger Integration Director will identify, track, manage, and support the execution of synergy and efficiency projects for M&A. The position will lead cross-functional project teams and workstreams to achieve projected savings.
Essential Job Functions:
Direct M&A follow-up projects for ongoing integration, including financial planning, synergies, and sales distribution support.
Develop and direct project workstreams for synergies; prioritize projects; conduct audits; ensure achievement of savings projections and KPIs.
Transform business requirements into integration, cost savings, or risk management opportunities.
Execute synergy and efficiency projects (e.g., automation, food safety, energy management) in collaboration with Central and US teams.
Report and track KPIs for synergies and integration projects.
Coordinate local support for FUEL and EPICAL projects.
Integrate Sigma practices into daily operations while minimizing disruption and applying change management techniques.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business or 4 years of equivalent experience
7 years of project management experience
7 years of financial analysis and modeling experience
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA
Experience in food manufacturing
Experience managing teams
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Experience deploying projects using change management techniques
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
Environmental/Working Conditions:
Travel may be required

Usual office environment with frequent sitting, walking, and standing
