You will lead a team that enables clarity, planning rigor, resource optimization, and execution visibility across a global product & technology organization and their cross-functional partners. Reporting to the VP, Program & Product Excellence, you will partner closely with product, engineering, design, finance, and executive leadership to drive scalable, predictable, and outcome-focused product operations and insights.

This is a highly strategic and cross-functional role ideal for a seasoned operator who can lead through influence, system thinking, and data-informed decision-making at scale.

What You Will Accomplish:

  • Planning & Resourcing: Own the end-to-end product execution planning process, including executive planning and insights, initiative intake, estimation, and headcount allocation across teams.

  • Quarterly Planning Cadences: Lead quarterly planning processes to align priorities, sequence work, and ensure clear resourcing and cross-functional alignment.

  • Product Health & Performance Monitoring: Partner with tooling & intelligence teams to build and maintain dashboards that track product health, progress against KPIs, and delivery performance.

  • Execution Transparency: Provide consistent insight into initiative progress and execution health via standardized reporting, reviews, and insights.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Streamline communication between product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ensure alignment and reduce friction.

  • Operational Point Of Contact For Leaders & Teams: Act as the central resource for operational inquiries and insights related to the product portfolio, projects, and process.

  • Roadmap & Resource Communication: Own the executive communication of consolidated roadmap updates, launch timelines, resource allocation, and execution insights to internal partners and leadership.

What You Will Bring:

  • 12+ years of experience in product operations, strategic planning, program management, or business operations in a high-growth technology company.

  • Deep expertise in portfolio planning, resource allocation, and executive-level insights/reporting.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams.

  • Exceptional cross-functional communication and stakeholder management, especially at the executive level.

  • Experience with product operations tooling (e.g., Jira, Aha!, WorkBoard, Airtable, Tableau, Looker).

  • Strategic, systems-oriented thinking with a passion for operational excellence and scalable infrastructure.

  • Experience at a global tech company or in a hyper-scale product environment (e.g., Meta, Google, Amazon).

  • Familiarity with product management frameworks (e.g., RICE, OKRs, PDLC) and change management practices.

  • MBA or equivalent experience in business strategy, consulting, or product management.
