Director, Product Manager- Redwood City, CA We're looking for a Director, Product Manager candidate with experience in MDM, SaaS, and Customer 360 to join our team in Redwood City, CA. You will report to the VP of Product Management. As Director, Product Management for our market-leading SaaS Multidomain MDM platform, you will serve as the strategic product leader and subject matter expert while setting the direction for our ground-breaking data management and applications platform. Technology You'll Use MDM, SaaS, and Customer 360 Your Role Responsibilities: Strategic Product Leadership: Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps for AI-driven Master Data Management solutions. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs. Market Insights: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify emerging trends and opportunities. Product Advocacy: Serve as a key product evangelist, representing Informatica at industry events, conferences, and with key customers. Innovation and Thought Leadership: Foster an environment of innovation and thought leadership in Master Data Management and the use of AI. What We'd Like to See Required: A minimum of 15 years of Product Management or Data Management consulting experience. Preferred: direct experience in Master Data Management with a focus in Product 360 / PIM / Customer 360 solutions. Highly Valued: Consulting and/or implementation experience of Master Data Management solutions and experience in using AI to drive innovation. Education: a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Be at the forefront of Master Data Management, Data governance and AI innovation in the data management industry.
