We're looking for an experienced product leader to be the architect of our product future. You will own our product roadmap, spearhead the evolution of our solutions into an integrated platform, and collaborate with a world-class team. Your work will directly shape the software that influences what millions of consumers see and buy every day.


As a key member of the Nuqleous team, you will be responsible for translating our ambitious vision into a concrete strategy and a well-executed roadmap. You will be charged with cultivating a strong product culture rooted in customer obsession and data-informed decisions, ensuring we're not just building features, but driving clear business outcomes for our customers. This role demands a leader who can balance long-term innovation with the immediate needs of the business and inspire the entire organization to rally behind a unified product direction.


What You'll Do

  • Own the strategic product roadmap, uniting the company behind a clear, multi-year plan to make Nuqleous the essential platform for the CPG and retail ecosystem.
  • Build the product engine. You'll design and implement the processes for how we listen to customers, prioritize opportunities, and build products and capabilities with speed and discipline.
  • Drive business results. You'll own the product KPIs, connecting our product strategy and execution to key business outcomes like customer adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Champion product-led growth. You'll find and execute on opportunities within the product itself to drive user acquisition, activation, and expansion.
  • Master our market. You'll become the go-to expert on our customers, competitors, and industry trends, turning that intelligence into a powerful competitive advantage.
  • Be the voice of the customer. You'll ensure that deep user understanding is at the heart of every product decision we make.
  • Companywide product alignment. You'll build strong partnerships with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver a seamless, exceptional customer experience from end to end.

What We're Looking For

  • You're an experienced B2B SaaS product leader with at least 5 years in the trenches and 2+ years building and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • You speak retail and advanced analytics. You have domain expertise in CPG, retail, or enterprise data analytics. You understand our customers' world because you've lived in it.
  • You're a builder who executes. You don't just talk strategy; you build the systems and processes that turn great ideas into great products, shipped on time.
  • You're a natural leader and mentor. You have a passion for growing people and a track record of attracting, developing, and retaining team members.
  • You're a master communicator. You can articulate a complex vision with simplicity and passion, building consensus and alignment from the board room to the daily stand-up.
  • You have strong executive presence. You’re comfortable leading in high-stakes settings, influencing senior leadership, and representing Nuqleous in external forums.
  • You think like a business owner. You're fluent in the language of SaaS metrics and know how to use the product as an engine for growth.
  • You're customer focused. You have a deep empathy for users and a deep curiosity about their challenges, making their voice the loudest one in the room.
  • You're guided by data. You use quantitative and qualitative insights to make smart decisions, but you also have the judgment required to make the right call when the data is incomplete.
  • You're a low-ego collaborator. You know that the best products are built by teams, not individuals, and you thrive on building strong, respectful partnerships across the company.
