Responsibilities Lead product management for Secure Service Edge (SSE), delivering security solutions that protect employee access and provide a unified user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and operate agile, secure, resilient, and scalable infrastructure for Capital One. Apply the Capital One product framework focused on five areas: human centered, business focused, technology driven, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership. Identify opportunities, reimagine solutions, and drive value creation for internal and external customers of Capital One. Qualifications Basic Qualifications At least 7 years of experience working in product management. Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, one of the following with the expectation that the degree will be obtained by the start date: Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, economics, operations research, analytics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, information systems or related field). Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.
At least 6 years of experience in information technology. At least 5 years of experience in cyber security. Preferred Qualifications Experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products. 3+ years in cloud-based or on-premise network security products and services (SSE, CASB, SWG, NGFW, VPN, ZTNA). One or more professional cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, etc.). Experience deploying and managing network security infrastructure within enterprises. Compensation and Other Details The salary ranges shown are location-based and refer to values Capital One is willing to pay at posting time for the role. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated. This role is eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and may include cash bonuses and long-term incentives.
