The Director of Product Management for Supply Chain (SC) Intelligence will lead a team of product managers to drive the product strategy, vision, and execution for Data Science Supply Chain products for the International markets.

About Supply Chain Product Team in Walmart International
This team is responsible for platform products in the Supply Chain (SC) space. The SC portfolio includes replenishment, inventory and flow, transportation (first mile; mid mile), and fulfillment. This role will specifically lead the inventory and flow pillar for our international markets – Mexico, Canada, Central America, and Chile.
Drive customer needs with a deep understanding of the problem space, anticipate needs, and coach team members to focus on outcomes.
Champion product vision and strategy by owning complex problems, developing new ideas, and promoting go-to-market strategies.
Guide product roadmap development with cross-functional collaboration, influence partners, and drive alignment.
Be data-driven; extract insights, demonstrate business value, and adhere to best practices.
Influence stakeholders, lead discussions with diverse viewpoints, and serve as a trusted advisor on product and technology matters.
Innovate through incubation and adoption of emerging technologies.
Exhibit deep domain expertise in transportation and retail supply chain to shape strategy and mentor your team.
Lead the product management team with empathy, empowerment, and foster psychological safety.

Location & Compensation
Sunnyvale, California: $169,000 - $338,000 annually
Bentonville, Arkansas: $130,000 - $260,000 annually
Additional compensation may include bonuses, stock options, and other benefits.
Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field plus 11 years’ experience in product management.
Option 2: 13 years’ experience in product management or related area.
Preferred Qualifications...

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area, with 10 years’ experience as a product manager, preferably working on large-scale, complex B2B/C products. Supervisory experience is valued. Candidates with a background in creating accessible digital experiences, understanding WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and inclusive design are encouraged to apply. Relevant master’s degrees include Business Administration, Computer Engineering, and Computer Science.
