Director, Product Management, Radio Access Networks (RAN) Locations: Warren, NJ; Plano, TX; Milpitas, CA (Hybrid); or Remote (U.S.) We're looking for an experienced and driven product management leader to join our team and lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our innovative Radio Access Network (RAN) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of wireless technologies, market trends, and the competitive landscape, with a proven track record of bringing successful products to market.

Responsibilities Define and champion the product vision and strategy
for
RAN products , aligning with overall company goals and market opportunities. Conduct in-depth
market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessments
to identify unmet needs and emerging trends in the wireless telecom sector Develop and maintain a
comprehensive product roadmap
outlining key features, functionalities, and release timelines, ensuring alignment with engineering, sales, and marketing teams. Translate market requirements and customer feedback into
prioritized product requirements and user stories
for engineering teams Act as the
primary liaison between engineering, sales, marketing, and customers , ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the product lifecycle. Drive the
go-to-market strategy
for new product launches, including pricing, positioning, and sales enablement materials. Monitor product performance
against key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and enhance product offerings to maximize market share and profitability. Stay abreast of
industry standards, regulatory changes, and technological advancements
in Airspan’s target markets.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree
in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. An MBA is a plus. 5+ years of product management experience
in the wireless network equipment industry. 5+ years of experience in engineering roles,
such as systems engineering, software, or quality assurance engineer is highly desirable. Strong technical understanding of wireless communication technologies
such as 4G, 5G, private networks, and associated network architectures. Proven experience with the
full product lifecycle , from concept to end-of-life. Demonstrated ability to
define and launch successful products
in a B2B technology environment. Excellent
analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Exceptional
communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills . Ability to
collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
and influence stakeholders at all levels. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed (approximately 20% depending on your base location, very little international).
