The Director, Product Management - Multi-Room Audio and Streaming will report to the Sr. Director of Product Management for the Exclusive Brands Team, serving as a product and subject matter expert. The position will be responsible for developing and executing product and business strategies that drive market growth while achieving top lines sales. Acting as a Brand Champion the role requires a strong ability to identify market opportunities, assess competitive landscapes, build business cases, and execute initiatives that enhance profitability and optimize the category’s performance. This role will develop strategic, data-driven roadmaps that address customer needs, align with business priorities and drive revenue growth.

Job Duties
Accountable for delivering exclusive brands top line sales and gross margin
Develop and execute market-driven strategies to optimize category performance and profitability across both exclusive brands and 3P
Accountable for various methods of increasing unique buying partners
Identify and unite new opportunities for strategic relationships to drive category growth
Act as a subject matter expert and brand champion, ensuring category leadership in the marketplace.
Develop category road maps by identifying key market trends, customer pain points, and competitive gaps
Lead business case development, securing internal buy-in and funding for new initiatives.
Present strategy recommendations and investment proposals to senior leadership
Execute details of existing and new projects
Consistent engagement with customers directly via meetings, tradeshows, and sales visits to gather insights and refine strategies
Drive strategic planning sessions, set measurable objectives, and track performance outcomes.
In-depth knowledge of competitive dynamics, and develop understanding of how to create differentiation and win in the marketplace
Lead and drive corporate initiatives to increase profitability of the category (brand consolidation, SKU rationalization, pricing strategies, supplier changes, etc.)
Lead cross-functional teams with humility
You Must Have
10+ Years Product Management experience
Proven track record of launching a new initiative, service, or product
Experience building internal and external relationships
Adept at pioneering new initiatives that require a new customer journey
Demonstrated success in market research, competitive analysis, and strategic business planning.
Experience developing and executing marketing programs
Experience reducing cost and improving operational efficiencies
Preferred Qualifications
10+ Years’ experience in relevant product category or brand management
Previous experience in category or brand management
Proficiency in Power BI or similar analytical tools
