Responsibilities Create and provide frameworks for using data to assess opportunities, track integration delivery, and drive decision making
Set the vision and patterns for integrating new partnership deals or acquisitions
Perform due diligence to assess Finance impacts of a deal
Communicate integration strategy, risks, and opportunities to executives
Align the right resources to deliver on goals and enablers for future opportunities
Prioritize, negotiate, and remove blockers to orchestrate successful integration cycles
Inspire and empower teams to execute with urgency
Influence cross-department agendas to balance short- and long-term objectives
Serve as a thought leader, mentor, and ambassador for Product Management within Finance
What we are looking for Proven experience ideating, building, and implementing digital products
Experience in organizational change management and transforming ways of working
Exceptional communication skills; ability to present to executives

Basic Qualifications At least 7 years of experience in Product Management
Currently has, or is pursuing, one of the following with expectation to obtain by start date:
A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field
A Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred Qualifications Experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products
At least 3 years of people management
At least 3 years leading cross-functional product teams
Mergers and Acquisitions experience
At least 3 years of Agile Product Management experience
Compensation and Benefits The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location, and refer to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of posting. Salaries for part-time roles are prorated. Locations and ranges include:
Cambridge, MA: $226,000 - $257,900
McLean, VA: $226,000 - $257,900
Richmond, VA: $205,400 - $234,400
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range for that location; the actual offer will be provided in the offer letter. This role is eligible for incentives (cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives). Capital One offers a comprehensive benefits package. Eligibility varies by status.
