Director, Product Management, DevX - Network Observability

Responsibilities

• Enable IT teams to perform proactive monitoring.
• Leverage telemetry data to detect anomalies.
• Identify potential issues before they impact users.
• Gain real‑time visibility into network performance.
• Derive actionable insights for faster incident response.
• Deliver seamless connectivity, minimize downtime, and optimize user experiences.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management.
• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure.
• 3+ years of experience with routing, switching and network security solutions.
• 2+ years of experience with network monitoring tools and observability platforms.
