Director, Product Management, DevX - Network Observability

Capital One is looking for a Director, Product Management, DevX - Network Observability to drive proactive network monitoring, leverage telemetry data to detect anomalies, identify potential issues before they impact users, gain real-time visibility into network performance, and derive actionable insights for faster incident response to deliver seamless connectivity, minimize downtime, and optimize user experiences.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management.
• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field).
  • A Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure.
• 3+ years of experience with routing, switching, and network security solutions.
• 2+ years of experience with network monitoring tools and observability platforms.

• McLean, VA: $226,000 - $257,900
• New York, NY: $246,500 - $281,300
• Plano, TX: $205,400 - $234,400
• Richmond, VA: $205,400 - $234,400
• San Francisco, CA: $246,500 - $281,300
