Dynata is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director of Product Management, Data Strategy & Identity to:

Define client and internal stakeholder needs for our panel and identity graph.
Collaborate with the Panel & Partnership team on prioritizing and executing those needs.
Evolve our go-to-market strategy for our data.
This role will play a pivotal role in ensuring Dynata's panel remains the highest quality, differentiated, and future-ready asset in the industry, serving as the foundation for Dynata's connected data, data enrichment, audience activation, and media measurement products.
Responsibilities include:
Panel Strategy: Define requirements to meet emerging client demands, partner with Sales, and coordinate with Product and Engineering to align panel data strategy with product needs.
Synthetic Data Strategy: Understand market trends, collaborate with Data Science to define approaches, and assess risks and applications of synthetic data.
Identity Graph & Data Connectivity: Define strategies and roadmaps, partner with product managers, and work with key identity resolution partners.
Data Go-To-Market Strategy: Develop pricing strategies and optimize revenue while maintaining data quality.
Performance Analytics: Establish metrics for commercial success and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Translate market needs into product requirements, represent data strategy in planning, and align innovation efforts with legal and monetization considerations.
Qualifications:
10+ years in product management or strategy roles, with 3+ years in leadership.
Deep experience in data-driven businesses, especially in research, MarTech, AdTech, or identity resolution.
Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of panel research, data onboarding, audience activation, and synthetic data concepts.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and define product strategies.
Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing at the executive level.
Experience with global panel pricing and yield optimization is a plus.
