Overall Purpose

The Director of Product Implementations will lead the successful onboarding and deployment of our Payments and Identity Risk products and solutions across a growing client base. This role will oversee a high-performing implementation team, develop scalable processes, and serve as a cross-functional leader interfacing with product, engineering, compliance, and client success teams.

Essential Functions

Leads and scales the end-to-end implementation function for our Payments and Identity Risk products, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery for clients. Manages a team of implementation managers and specialists, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development. Serves as the escalation point for complex or high-priority client implementations. Collaborates with product and engineering to translate client needs into technical requirements and ensure alignment of delivery timelines. Partners with sales and client success teams to support pre-sales solution design and post-implementation success. Designs and continuously improves implementation frameworks, tools, documentation, and KPIs. Drives internal coordination to meet compliance, security, and regulatory obligations throughout the onboarding process. Analyzes data to identify bottlenecks and develop strategies to improve efficiency and client satisfaction. Develops dashboards and reporting to track project milestones, resource utilization, and capacity planning. Ensures implementations comply with industry standards and internal controls. Support the company’s commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or related graduate degree preferred. 12+ years of industry-specific experience in bank operations management, fraud / loss avoidance, risk management, identity management / authentication or related fields. 5+ years of experience leading teams and managing complex programs. Proven experience with financial products such as ACH, wire, real-time payments, card issuing, or treasury platforms. Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and operational rigor in the financial domain. Exceptional project management skills (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma a plus). Ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders. Comfortable with fast-paced, client-facing environments and managing multiple priorities. Experience with CRM/project tools like Salesforce and Task Ray.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with emerging payments, identity and platform technologies. Experience working with API-based product integrations. Operational leadership in a highly regulated financial services environment.

Physical Requirements

Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. The Base Pay Scale For This Position In

Phoenix, AZ/ Chicago, IL in USD per year is: $150,000 – $185,000.

Additionally, candidates are eligible for a discretionary incentive plan and benefits.
