Director, Product and Market Strategy NGS

Takara Bio USA is seeking a Director of Product and Market Strategy to lead strategic initiatives and product management efforts for our Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product marketing for life science or related markets, with a minimum of 18 years of experience and 10 years of experience managing a team of marketing professionals. A BA or BS degree is required, with an MS and/or PhD considered favorably.

The Director will be responsible for:

• Leading and mentoring a team of product managers to deliver customer-centric solutions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute product roadmaps
• Developing and executing market-driven product roadmaps aligned with corporate objectives
• Managing strategic partnerships, collaborations, and business ventures
• Leading tactical marketing planning and campaign development to drive lead generation and revenue

The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, detailed knowledge of the NGS scientific discipline, and highly effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
