The Director, Practice Operations is responsible for the Profitabilty (P/L) of the assigned operating units, which includes the operating units' performance in Value Based Care. The Directors relationship skills
are used to influence behavior of clinicians and practice administrative personnel in order to drive
performance results, and for overseeing the Performance Management, Integration, and Training teams.
The Director takes ownership in growing the region in terms of volume in collections, patient demand and
count of affiliated physicians. The Director uses critical thinking skills to solve problems, navigate
complex interpersonal relationships and create strategic objectives to add value to affiliated physician
practices and Privia Health. In coordination with the applicable teams, lead out on standing up processes and making key decisions to define the structure for the market.
Oversee management of assigned geography of affiliated physician practices in partnership with Sr. Vice President & General Manager.
Takes initiatives to execute on market growth. Work collaboratively Growth Dept and lead applicable teams to execute on supporting market growth and strategy
Thinks strategically and is forward thinking to add value to affiliated physicians and their practices.
Manage Performance Management, Implementation and Training team members for assigned geography
Manage the end-to-end relationship of a client in Privia, from sales to implementation to performance management
Identify areas of opportunity for improvements by leading out on Monthly Operating Review meetings that review sales, financial & clinical KPI metrics for the operating units.
Facilitate the transformational journey for all the physician practices in the region from Fee-For-Service to Value-Based Care
Present and report out in formal market meetings like board meetings, physician leadership meetings and town halls.
Manage the end-to-end relationship of a client in Privia, from sales to implementation to performance management

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Healthcare Master’s or MBA highly preferred OR Equivalent Relevant Experience
8+ years healthcare experience required; working with physicians and medical group staff preferred
Experience establishing operational processes and teams for a new business model preferred
Experience managing a team to achieve individual and shared goals
Quantitatively and financially focused; must know how to set appropriate KPI metric goals and hold teams accountable to reaching those goals, must be able to manage a balance sheet and explain financial data
Tech Savvy
Successfully developed and achieved quality improvement measures in a medical field.
Managed multiple projects while providing exceptional client service
Must provide reliable transportation
Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $140,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance, 401K, paid time off, and other wellness programs). This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 15% & restricted stock units. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
