What you will be doing We’re seeking a dynamic Director of Planning and Operations to lead strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence across FootJoy. This high-impact role partners closely with sales, product, and factory teams to optimize distribution, supply planning, forecasting, and quality operations. You’ll oversee U.S. distribution performance, lead global supply planning, and manage cross-functional teams across Asia to ensure our products meet the highest standards. With a focus on continuous improvement, cost efficiency, and collaborative leadership, this role is ideal for a results-driven professional passionate about building strong teams and delivering exceptional outcomes.
