Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Management of the business in its entirety Develop a strategic growth plan to support the business, recommending investments and allocation of development and capital resources aimed at delivering year over year sustainable profitable growth Leading all operational activities including setting priorities, monitoring & continually improving performance Owning and driving performance and profitability including cost positioning, pricing strategies, competitive analysis, lifecycle management and operations Evaluating competition, customers, and opportunities as they relate to existing services and potential service development activities and developing a roadmap to support growth objectives and market positioning

Qualifications:

Experience developing growth/strategic business plans 7-10 yrs Experience working in the chemical or specialty chem or similar Proven track record of leading projects and teams Experience in acquiring and integrating acquisitions would be considered a plus Sound administrative skills, well-developed management skills. A four year degree, preferably with an MBA or similar post-graduate qualification
