The Role:

We are seeking a Director of Finance supporting the GOSCQ organization. Responsible for leading finance efforts to drive business performance improvements within the Global Supply Chain and Quality organization across three divisions, and developing insight-rich performance analysis for the SVP GOSCQ and VP Finance GOSCQ. This role will play an instrumental part in achieving the financial goals and strategy of the organization and will be a key member of the finance team.

What You’ll Do:

Lead GOSCQ Financial Reporting, developing KPIs, visibility, consolidated performance, and alignment to targets.

Develop and lead operating mechanisms for accurate CAPEX reporting and forecasting.

Drive communication and collaboration across GOSCQ and division finance teams to ensure consistent forecasting processes, insight into key assumptions, and visibility into risks and opportunities.

Collaborate with GOSCQ business partners to gather insights, develop, and implement proposals to mitigate risks and enhance opportunities.

Lead the month-end management reporting process, delivering impactful analysis of financial and business results, anticipating questions and preparing analyses proactively.

Provide financial leadership, detailed analysis, and operational insights to the SVP and VP of GOSCQ to support P&L and FCF targets.

Liaise with Corporate FP&A and Division Finance for forecasting, planning, and alignment.

Support the Digital Supply Chain Transformation program in line with IT plans.

Enhance analytical maturity within the finance team and leverage technology for systemic data analytics to identify operational drivers.

Perform additional tasks as assigned to support organizational goals.

What We Seek:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Graduate degree preferred)

10+ years of experience in Operations or Supply Chain Finance, Business Unit Finance, FP&A, or related roles

Experience in advanced manufacturing or technology industries preferred

Proficiency in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint; SAP BPC and/or OneStream a plus

Proficiency in PowerBI or dashboard development/automation a plus

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:

Strong communication skills to convey financial analysis clearly to non-financial partners

Ability to work effectively with global teams and diverse experiences

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Self-starting, capable of working independently or in teams in a fast-paced environment

Ability to navigate organizational matrix to influence decisions
