About the Role

The Director of Yoga & Fitness will provide nationwide support for our 13 gyms, leading and guiding Bouldering Project’s yoga and fitness offerings to ensure they remain best-in-class. This role involves defining what an exceptional group fitness experience looks like at BP, drawing on our internal playbook and continuously evolving it to maintain both consistency and innovation across all markets. The Director will work closely with local Yoga & Fitness leaders, cross-functional support teams, and broader Operations leadership to drive success.


Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience managing a multi-gym yoga and/or fitness program
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in yoga/fitness programming
  • In-depth knowledge of yoga, group fitness, and wellness practices
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 25–40% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience teaching and managing yoga at Bouldering Project or similar organization
  • Completion of Yoga Teacher Training (200hr+ preferred)
  • Experience developing instructor training programs
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence across teams
  • Experience working in a mission-driven or community-based organization
