Reedsburg Area Medical Center is looking for a Director of Worksite Wellness and Employee Health!
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for the direction and leadership of operational, financial and personnel activities for the business development function in the Reedsburg Area Medical Center market. The business development function includes identifying growth opportunities maintaining, developing and advancing strategic relationships; developing partnerships models; and directing implementation of proactive and responsive growth tactics.
Education and Training Required:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in relevant subject
- Master's in health care administration or business management (preferred)
- Minimum Five Years relevant experience in business with strong negotiation skills
- Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions
- Must have 3-5 years prior Healthcare experience
- Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to include the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts and build teams
- Demonstrated creativity and flexibility
- Ability to operate in high -Pressure situations
