These services often include personalized investment strategies, financial planning, estate and tax planning, succession planning, and risk management. The primary goal of a wealth management group is to help clients grow and preserve their wealth while providing expert guidance to navigate complex financial situations and achieve their long-term financial objectives. Zions Wealth Management is a strategic focus for Zions Bancorporation, an organization that expands across eight affiliate banks in the Western United States. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director - Wealth Management to join our team and drive our marketing strategies to new heights. This is an opportunity to develop and execute targeted strategies to strengthen our leadership in wealth management. This role involves creating personalized campaigns, content strategies, and relationship-building efforts to engage affluent clients and investors. The ideal candidate will have expertise in high-net-worth customer needs, financial products (investment, trust, estate planning), and regulatory bodies like FINRA. They will collaborate closely with the Director of Enterprise Wealth Management and Executive Director of Enterprise Retail Banking. This role requires a deep understanding of our affluent markets, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to create innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with high-net-worth individuals. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies to target affluent clients, including market segmentation, positioning, and messaging.
Campaign Management: Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, events, and partnerships.
Client Engagement: Design and implement client engagement programs to enhance client relationships and loyalty.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the affluent market.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI tracking.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on wealth management clients.
Strong understanding of the affluent market and wealth management industry with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Location Options: AZ, CA, CO, NV, TX, UT. This is an in-office position with some travel required across our footprint. This not a hybrid role.
