Position Overview

The Director of Walmart & Global Mass Market Sales – Team Leader will be responsible for driving hyper-growth across all major mass market platforms, including:

· Walmart (Wholesale, Stores including Canada, Walmart.com, Marketplace)

· Costco (Wholesale, E-Commerce, Canada)

· Sam’s Club

· Target

· BJ’s Wholesale Club

Based in Bentonville, this high-impact role blends customer leadership, team management, and omni-channel strategy to unlock the next phase of Chemical Guys’ mass market business. You will manage day-to-day operations with Walmart and other account teams and interact directly with thought leaders to drive strategic initiatives.

As the face of Chemical Guys to these key accounts, you’ll deliver today while architecting tomorrow — from modular execution in stores to accelerating e-commerce sales and omni-channel activations. This is a role for a builder and leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, influences at the highest levels, and drives measurable results.


Key Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Management & Thought Leader Interaction

· Lead daily operations with Walmart, Costco, Target, Sam’s Club, BJ’s, and Trademark Industries account teams.

· Build strong, trusted relationships with account thought leaders across all platforms to influence category strategy and execution.

· Serve as a hands-on partner in problem-solving, promotional planning, assortment decisions, and omni-channel initiatives.

· Ensure alignment of Chemical Guys initiatives with each account’s evolving strategies and priorities.

Strategic Leadership

· Own joint business planning, line reviews, and omni-channel growth initiatives for all major accounts.

· Develop and execute long-term strategy for omni-channel and global mass market retail growth.

· Partner with SVP Global Sales and cross-functional leaders to align priorities and resources across all accounts.

Team Leadership & Development

· Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team focused on Walmart and mass market accounts.

· Create a culture of accountability, agility, and results.

· Inspire and energize the team to think differently, act boldly, and deliver growth.

Customer & Business Management

· Drive flawless execution across assortment, modular planning, promotions, and supply chain.

· Leverage analytics (Retail Link, Luminate, account dashboards, e-commerce metrics) to uncover opportunities and accelerate growth.

· Partner with omni-channel and e-commerce teams to strengthen online presence and digital shelf excellence.

Growth & Innovation

· Pioneer new category expansion opportunities within Walmart, Costco, Target, and other key accounts.

· Activate omni-channel marketing and shopper programs in partnership with account and internal marketing teams.

· Influence internal stakeholders to prioritize hyper-growth initiatives across all major accounts.

Requirements:

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

· 5-10+ years of progressive sales leadership with Walmart and other mass retail/wholesale accounts

· Demonstrated success growing CPG businesses at Walmart is a must

· Proven track record of driving hyper-growth across in-store and omni-channel platforms.

· Deep knowledge of mass market retail, supply chain, omni-channel strategy, and digital ecosystems.

· Experienced people leader with ability to inspire and build high-performing teams.

· Strong communicator, negotiator, and influencer at senior levels.

· Entrepreneurial, data-driven, and energized by growth and innovation.
