Role: Salary: $170k-$180k base + Either 5% profit sharing based on net for each quarter or production making 20 % over your threshold (you choose) Sign on Bonus up to $50k Yearly retention bonus of $10k Medical Director + 1 associate +Vet techs, vet assistants and a kennel tech full staff (3 techs per doctor) Pool of 15 relay docs on call 15-20 cases a day Hours: M-F 8-6p one doc does Mon-Thurs the other does Tues-Friday Schedule: Mon-Friday with one day being a medical dir. day /admin day to game plan and strategize with the leadership team
