Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr Position: Director Of UX Design Salary: $130,000-$175,000 + 15% annualized bonus + LTI Package Schedule: Onsite 5 days a week Overview We’re looking for a seasoned Director Of UX Design to lead our Product Design team. You’ll define design strategy, scale design systems, and foster a strong design culture while collaborating across Product, IT, and Marketing to deliver exceptional user experiences.
